OUTSOURCING. ECM Japan is bridging Mongolia with Japan with its outsourcing performances for Japanese clients. However outsourcing commercials and promotions in Japan are not affordable enough, the company focuses on collaboration with small and medium sized companies often overloaded.

Achievements:
GROUNDWORK FOR JAPANESE MARKET - Since ECM LLC has opened its branch office in Japan, it has touched base with approximately 40 companies and 100 individuals of IT market. ECM Japan has been implementing a project as partnering with two companies and two university labs of Japan in reliable business cooperation. About human resource, two doctorate degrees and one master degree are acquired, and three more employees study for doctorate. A research team from the Mongolian National University and the University of Science and Technology associates with a Japanese university on a project in agreement.
OUTSOURCING - Three projects in WEB 2.0 CMS website and five projects in application software are developed and tested in trial bases. These products have been used for daily functions of Japanese companies and organizations; pleased networks of hotels and tour companies, metropolitan office, metallurgical plan and so on.
SCIENTIFIC EXPLORATION AND NEW PRODUCT - Five orations in international conferences and 13 speeches in Japanese national meetings were presented, and four articles were published in a specialized magazine by ECM Japan. They have developed 2 engines and 5 algorithms as well.
