ECM LLC was founded in June, 2001 in Mongolia for the purpose of developing the national industry of software programming in full proficiency. ECM JAPAN, its branch office was established in July, 2003 to build up an international corporation in IT education and experience exchange programs. Today, the company employs more than thirty young and qualified personnel; programmers, software developers, engineers and technicians, who hold graduate degrees in computer science.
