“Customer Service and Communication Management” information system of “Ulaanbaatar Power Plant” LLC has been inaugurated
"Customer Service and Communication Management" information system was inaugurated in the first half of June, 2009. ECM LLC was qualified as the project author in tender by the commercial reconstruction of the "Ulaanbaatar Power Plant" company, a project with loan from the World Bank.
This is a substantial system which consists of several sub-systems; customers list, power utilization accounting, power plant distribution, receivables and liabilities accounting, workflow report of "Customer Service Center" etc.
Thus far, the system is being successfully adapted by the "Customer Service Centers" of the capital and its 6 districts.
