The Commercial Reconstruction of the “Ulaanbaatar Power Plant” Company, a project has been implemented since 2004 with loan from the World Bank. The project aims to decrease non-technical loss of the company, and improve customer service quality and employee’s qualifications in case of building methodical fundamentals to operate effectively as strengthening revenue accumulation and reducing commercial loss.
