          ECM LLC was founded in June, 2001 in Mongolia for the purpose of developing the national industry of software programming in full proficiency. ECM JAPAN, its branch office was established in July, 2003 to build up an international corporation in IT education and experience exchange programs. ECM LLC, one of the IT pioneers in Mongolia, has well experienced in industrial management, staff qualification and international relationship for the ten years of persistent operation. We have developed and successfully introduced national software systems such as Customs Information System, Advanced Banking System, University Management Information System, Securities Clearing and Central Depository System, Mongolian Civil Registration System, Ulaanbaatar Power Plant Management Information System, and Social Welfare Service Management System.
 
         We invite the programming engineers who meet the following requirements. 
 
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: 
  -  Able to work individually and in team.                    -  Able to work consistently
  -  Has necessary knowledge of foreign language       -  Well organized and responsible
 
PROGRAMMER
 Responsibilities:  
  - Developing software systems according to software project documents 
  - Testing software systems,    - Preparing guidebooks and materials,   - Training 
Requirements:  
  - Graduator from university or institute in programming or senior student in the major
  - Work experience of 2 or more years, - MySQL/PHP, Java,
  - Acquired MS SQL/.NET, VB, Delphi languages for programming 
 
SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
Responsibilities: 
   -  Studying the needs of clients 
   -  Developing projects of client information system or software 
   -  Monitoring the project implementation,   -   Bridge the clients with programmers 
Requirements: 
    -  Working as a system administrator and graduated from university in the subject.
    -  With verbal and documental communication skills 
    -  With knowledge of UML and project management  
    -  Workable with Visio and MS Project and trained in someway  
 
SERVICE MANAGER
Responisibilities:  
Introducing software to client organizations
Training client personnel, and enhancing the system on site
